Empower You CIC is a community interest company dedicated to providing young adults with meaningful employment opportunities in sales and marketing, regardless of their previous work experience or the need for a CV. Our mission is to empower young individuals by equipping them with essential skills, boosting their confidence, and helping them build a brighter future. We fund our initiatives by selling our magazines through face-to-face street selling and fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

• No previous work experience or CV required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm, confidence, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to engage with the public and promote our magazines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work in various locations and weather conditions.
